Since joining Foros, David has advised clients across the spectrum of the technology industry, including advising Consolidated Communications on its $1.5 billion acquisition of FairPoint Communications and the sale of its IT Services Equipment Business to ePlus; EarthLink on its $1.1 billion merger with Windstream; Delphi on its $145 million acquisition of Control-Tec; Sabre on the disposition of its portfolio of online travel businesses (the Travelocity Partner Network Assets, Holiday Autos, Zuji and Travelocity Nordics); SailPoint on its sale to Thoma Bravo; Silicon Labs on its acquisition of Energy Micro; Oclaro on the sale of its Zurich Gallium Arsenide Laser Diode Business; and NICE Systems on the sale of its Cyber and Intelligence Division to Elbit Systems.
Prior to joining Foros, David was a Vice President in Mergers and Acquisitions at Deutsche Bank where he advised clients in the media and telecommunications industries. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was an Assistant Vice President at Oppenheimerfunds, Inc. and a Financial Analyst for Coca-Cola Japan.
David earned a B.S. from Washington University and his M.B.A. (with honors) from Columbia Business School.
