Roberto Mendoza, Veteran Banker, Joins Foros as a Managing Director
NEW YORK, NY, September 20, 2018 – Foros announced today that Roberto Mendoza has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Over his career, Mr. Mendoza has advised and served on the boards of some of the world’s leading corporations, including 10 years as Vice Chairman of the Board of JP Morgan where he served for 30 years and led the M&A, Capital Markets and Private Equity businesses.

Mr. Mendoza will be based in New York and spend considerable time in London; he will bring a particular focus to cross border work involving Europe and Latin America.
Currently, Mr. Mendoza serves on the Boards of RFHL and Western Union. He has also served as a board member of XL Capital (Chairman), Egg (Chairman), ACE, Alicorp, Banesto, Baosteel Metal, BOC Group, Continental Airlines, Manpower, Mid Ocean, Partner Re, Prudential, Reuters, the Travelers Group, and Vitro. Mr. Mendoza is a past President of the Chatham House Foundation.
Mr. Mendoza earned a B.A. in History from Yale and an M.B.A. (Baker Scholar) from the Harvard Business School.
