Leader in Vertical Surface Design Solutions Announces Plans for Accelerated Growth and Innovation
CHICAGO (September 4, 2018) — MDC, one of the largest sources of commercial wallcoverings, digital imaging and acoustic solutions in the United States, announced today two major milestones in the company’s history: the retirement of Chairman Al Rothschild and Vice Chairman Mike Glynn, and its acquisition by ShoreView Industries, a private equity firm specializing in partnerships with family-owned and entrepreneurial companies.
