Since joining Foros, Kyla has advised clients in the software, automotive, and business services industries, including advising Methode Electronics on its acquisitions of Pacific Insight and Grakon, UNFI on its $2.9 billion acquisition of SUPERVALU, Kodak on its issuance of $200 million of convertible preferred stock to Southeastern Asset Management; Consolidated Communications on its $1.5 billion acquisition of FairPoint Communications and the sale of its IT Services Equipment Business to ePlus; CA Technologies on its divestiture of ERwin to Parallax Capital Partners; Delphi Automotive on its acquisition of Control-Tec; and Cross Country Healthcare on its acquisition of Medical Staffing Network.
Kyla earned a B.A. in Applied Mathematics with a focus in Economics from Harvard University, where she was a member of the varsity crew team. Kyla spent two summers as an intern at Goldman Sachs in the Private Equity and Private Wealth Groups.
