Since joining Foros, Luke has advised clients primarily in the technology and business services sectors, including advising Zuora on its $400 million strategic investment from Silver Lake, the acquisitions of Zephr, Togai, and Sub(x), and its subsequent $1.7 billion sale to Silver Lake and GIC; Volt on its $156 million company sale to ACS Solutions; and the Special Committee of Fuze on the $250 million company sale to 8×8.
Luke earned a B.A. in Applied Mathematics with a focus in Economics (cum laude) from Harvard University.
