Since joining Foros, Nikita has advised clients primarily in the technology sector, including advising F5 on its $500 million acquisition of Volterra, its $68 million acquisition of Threat Stack and its acquisition of Lilac Cloud; Rapid7 on its $335 million acquisition of IntSights; and Litify on the majority stake acquisition by Bessemer Venture Partners.
Nikita earned a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Computer Science from Yale University, where he was a member of the varsity crew team.
