Since joining Foros, Henry has advised clients across a variety of industries on strategic matters, including advising Sanmina on its up to $3 billion acquisition of the Data Center Infrastructure Manufacturing Business of ZT Systems; F5 on its $180 million acquisition of CalypsoAI; Zuora on its $1.7 billion sale to Silver Lake and GIC, as well as its prior acquisitions of Togai and Sub(x); and Blackbaud on its response to an unsolicited takeover proposal from 18% owner, Clearlake Capital.
Henry earned a B.A. in Economics and East Asian Studies from Columbia University, where he graduated magna cum laude, received departmental honors (in the East Asian Studies major), and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
