Tom joined Foros after a nearly 25 year career in investment banking to help organize and coordinate the business development efforts of our team.
Tom spent the first 15 years of his career at Goldman Sachs, initially as a banker and then in roles focused on the coordination and management of client coverage teams across industries and investment banking products. After Goldman, Tom had leadership roles at two global investment banks looking to build their investment banking business in the Americas – first as COO for Corporate Finance in the Americas at Deutsche Bank and then as COO of Investment Banking in the Americas at Nomura.
Tom earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Tom is responsible for the firm’s client development initiatives, a role that he has had over two decades, successively at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and more recently Nomura.
